We Look Forward to Seeing You Next Year!

Walk: The Lung Walk is a non-competitive three mile walk for participants of all ages around the pathways of beautiful Como Park. Create a team, recruit family, friends & co-workers and enjoy the scenic views while raising funds for the American Lung Association. The Walk begins at 9:00 with registration and festivites beginning at 8:00 am. There is no registration fee for the Walk and all participants raising $100 or more will receive an event T-shirt.
5K Run: We are pleased to announce the addition of a 5K Run to the Lung Walk! The 5K Run will start at 8:00 am and will be the same route as the Walk. Registration fee for the 5K Run is $25 online and $35 the morning of the event. Runners are encouraged to fundraise and T-shirts will be awarded to all participants who raise $100 or more.

Why Should You Walk/Run?: The American Lung Association® can give you 35 million reasons why we need to fight lung disease and make an impact. More than 35 million Americans currently have chronic lung disease. You probably know someone who suffers from lung disease. It could be a family member, a young child, a co-worker, a neighbor or maybe even you. Our Walks give you the chance to get involved and help your loved ones breathe easier.
Every year, more than 400,000 Americans die of lung disease. Lung disease is America's number three killer, responsible for one in six deaths. We need your help to make an impact in the fight against lung disease. Join the Lung Walk & 5K Run today!
Walks are being held nationwide in an effort to bring attention to this devastating chronic disease. We know a lot about lung disease, but there is so much we don't know. Your participation will raise the funds necessary to provide life saving education, research and advocacy so we can beat lung disease and soon find a cure. Start a team today!
